What Information Do We Collect From You?

Shopping Carts

A shopping cart is created for you the first time you press Add to Cart. The cart contains the items and options you choose on our pages. Your browser stores a cookie which uniquely identifies your cart. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser, effectively discarding the cart. Carts for which no payment is made are permanently deleted from our server after a few days of inactivity.

Unless and until you make a payment, no other information about you is collected or stored. You do not need to log in or otherwise identify yourself to use our site.

Payments

When you press Checkout to place your order, you are taken to PayPal's site. PayPal collects and stores information needed to process your payment. This includes identifying information (such as name, email address, shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, bank account number).

Once you press Pay on PayPal's site, PayPal sends us some of the information it has collected from you. This consists of identifying information (such as name, email address, shipping address), tracking information (such as order number, transaction ID, shopping cart ID), amount paid, and payment status.

We store this information and the contents of your shopping cart. This enables us to process your order, and maintain our financial records.

Note that PayPal does not send us financial information. We have no access to your credit card or bank account numbers or balances.

Who Do We Share Your Information With?

We don't share any information about you with anybody. The only exception would be if we were legally obligated to do so (such as if we were subpoenaed in a court case).

When and How Will We Contact You?

If you place an order, we will send you email when you make a payment, when we receive a shipment from you, and when we ship your order. We will also contact you by email if we have any questions regarding your order. Of course, you should feel free to contact us at any time.

Currently, we do not send any sort of unsolicted email, such as newsletters or special offers. If we decide to do this in the future, and you have placed an order with us, we will send you a single email giving you the opportunity to opt in. If you do not opt in (by responding to the email or registering on our web site), you will receive no further unsolicited email from us.
