Quantity Discounts
Order more than one copy of any item in your Shopping Cart, and receive a quantity discount. The second copy is 20% off, and any additional copies are each 40% off! Enter the desired quantity to the left of the item listing, and press . The discounted price will be shown in the rightmost column.
Paying For Your Order
When you're ready to complete your order, click on from the Shopping Cart page. PayPal will process your payment on their secure site. No PayPal account? No problem—simply use your credit card. Credit card transactions appear on your bill as "PAYPAL*FROGSONGBDY".
We will send you an email confirming the details of your order. A receipt for your purchase will be emailed to you by PayPal.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. PayPal accepts several other currencies. If you make a payment in one of these, PayPal will convert it to U.S. dollars.
Binding Your Documents
If you ordered bindings for existing documents (such as Thesis Bindings or Small Run Publications), send us the documents to be bound. You can send them electronically, or as hardcopy.
Electronic documents must be in Adobe PDF format. You can convert most common file formats to PDF at Adobe's web site.
We will print your electronic document for you. Printing cost will depend on the number of pages and the type of page paper you choose. We will ask you to upload the document to us once you have paid for your order.
- For a hardcopy document, please make sure all pages are present and in the correct sequence. Include a blank page at the front and back of each document.
If you ordered Slipcases, please send us the books they are to hold, so that we can size the cases precisely.
For other products, you're all set—we have all we need to process your order.
Shipping and Taxes
Within the U.S., we ship your order via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. The shipment is insured for the total price of your order against loss or damage in transit. Shipping charges are shown on the Shopping Cart page, and are included on your order.
We ship to other countries via USPS Global Express Mail. The shipment is insured for the total price of your order against loss or damage in transit. The shipping charge shown on the Shopping Cart page and on your order is calculated at the U.S. rate. You will receive a separate email billing you for additional international shipping charges.
State sales tax is included on all orders shipped to Rhode Island. The sales tax will not appear in the shopping cart—instead, it will be added to your total by PayPal when you check out.
